What is your shipping policy?

We charge a flat shipping fee per order. For wholesale/retail enquiries or bulk quantities please contact us.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We charge a flat fee of $10 for each order for shipping within Australia. Your order will be dispatched within 48hrs and shipped to you via regular Australia Post. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this stage - but if you have an international enquiry, please feel free to contact us.

How do I order wholesale?

If you are a retail outlet or licensed premises interested in purchasing our products at wholesale rates, please contact us.

Are your all of your products certified organic?

YES they are. We are fully certified organic, and all of our products are certified organic. Everything is grown/processed/produced/packaged on our certified organic property, The Never Never Kombu Farm. Our NASAA Certification Numbers are 2660 and 2660P.

what is certified organic?

To be certified organic our products and production processes and our premises all have to meet strict organic standards and be approved by a certifying body. We are certified with Australian and international certifier NASAA.
