Certified Organic

We are certified organic. And we grow as much of our own grains, produce and botanicals as possible on our certified organic farm, (The Never Never Kombu Farm, NASAA Cert no. 2660 and 2660P) just outside Tintenbar. What we don't grow ourselves we source from other certified organic producers, and we try to keep everything as local as possible. We make sure our ingredients are top notch, and if ever something is not up to scratch, we blast it with our potato bazookas, or turn it into an archery target.
